The main factors that cause air cooler leakage are as follows

1、Installation of filters in the air cooler outlet: It is not advocated to install filters in the air cooler outlet, if the filter is not checked and cleaned up for a long time, resulting in excessive back pressure or blockage of the return oil.


2, low-temperature start-up oil viscosity increases: in the winter is prone to this situation, due to the viscosity of the oil becomes large, the return oil is not smooth, resulting in oil channel pressure greater than 3.5Mpa, easy to burst.


3, the failure of the electrical control components or abnormal: the oil circuit back to the oil flow suddenly increased, the flow rate is greater than 0.7 m / s, resulting in radiator burst.   


4, the flow rate selection is unreasonable: the flow rate of the calculation of the cooler work flow = pump flow × cylinder effective area ratio × oil flow coefficient × safety factor which: cylinder effective area ratio = rodless cavity pressurised area ÷ rod cavity pressurised area (> 1) the flow rate coefficient of different viscosities of the hydraulic oil K: K32 # = 1, K46 # = 1.3, K68 # = 1.9, the safety factor: 1.5 ~ 2.0, often take 1.8, 1.5 ~ 2.0, and 1.5 ~ 2.0, and 1.5 ~ 2.0, and 1.5 ~ 2.0. Often take 1.8    


5、No effective bypass circuit installed: When using the return oil cooling installation method, an effective bypass circuit must be installed. The use pressure of the check valve <0.5Mpa, and ensure that the check valve can be released preferentially, the piping calibre should be matched with the size of the inlet and outlet ports, and should not be changed or reduced, and use high-pressure hose and direct head as much as possible to reduce the resistance of oil return.
